PLEASE NOTE: Half of PSE&G’s walk-in customer service centers (8 of our 16 centers) are currently open on a limited basis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Transactions at the open centers are limited to: accepting cash payments, arrangements and payments on accounts with current shut-off notices, service re-connections due to shut-off for non-payment, and payment assistance applications. Customers and employees are required to wear face masks/coverings, as well as practice social distancing of six feet. The number of customers allowed inside is limited.
