Getting Started is Easy

Simply use your voice and say "Alexa, enable the PSE&G skill" or "Okay Google, Talk to PSE&G!" You can also enable the Amazon skill from Amazon.com or through the Alexa app. For Google Home, simply visit play.google.com or through the Google Assistant app. Whichever way you choose, your My Account login information will be needed.

Enable the Voice Assistant Device

For Alexa, open the Alexa app on your smart device, tap Skills & Games and search for PSE&G. Select ENABLE. For Google Home, speak “Talk to PSE&G” on your device or google assistant app.

Link your PSE&G Account 

Enter your My Account login information.

You are now all set to ask anything about your bill, payments, usage and more!
