(June 25, 2018 – Newark, NJ) – When customers visit PSEG.com, they’ll see a more modern, updated site with simplified content that’s more useful and easier to navigate, providing a better web experience.

“We know from speaking with our customers that many of them prefer to interact via our website, and many of them had suggestions about how we could improve their online experience,” said Greg Dunlap, PSE&G vice president of customer operations. “We designed the new site to make it easier to find the information that matters most to our customers such as how to manage their energy needs and contact us. We’re excited about the improvements we’re making this year to our website, as well as our bill. We look forward to continuing to find new ways to improve the customer experience by offering greater convenience, flexibility and service options.”

Here’s an overview of some of what’s new:

  • A responsive design that optimizes the online experience from any mobile device, tablet or desktop
  • Fully bi-lingual content (English and Spanish)
  • Enhancements to the self-service portal, My Account, including easy access to bill information, as well as interactive charts and graphs to better understand energy usage and costs
  • The ability for customers to submit their meter reading online via a photo

As with all complex major website upgrades, there might be some unexpected glitches. We welcome user feedback (both constructive and positive) by using the “Website Feedback” button in the bottom right hand corner. We thank our customers for their patience as we work to refine the site.

PSE&G’s website redesign is just one way we’re making it easier for customers to do business with us. In April, the utility debuted a new clearer, easier-to-read customer bill.
