PSEG Promotes Grace Park to Chief Litigation and Claims Role
(NEWARK, N.J. – July 24, 2020) Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) announced today that Grace H. Park has been promoted to Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Litigation Counsel, effective July 27. In this new role, Park serves as PSEG’s chief litigation counsel and is responsible for the oversight, representation and counsel of PSEG and all of its subsidiary companies in connection with all litigation and government inquiries.
In addition, Park’s responsibilities will include advocacy and strategy for litigated and investigative matters, among other duties. Park will continue to report to PSEG Executive Vice President and General Counsel Tamara Linde and will be a member of Linde’s senior management team.
“Grace is an accomplished lawyer and has achieved exceptional results for the company on a variety of complex matters,” Linde said. “Grace has demonstrated herself as a strong leader, both internally and externally. We are lucky to have her in this expanded role as vice president and deputy general counsel.”
In this new role, Park also will oversee all claims processes, including financial recovery, property damage and facility relocation.
Park joined PSEG in September 2017 after four years as acting prosecutor in Union County, N.J., where she was the first Asian-American county prosecutor in New Jersey history and the first female and person of color lead prosecutor in Union County’s 160-year history. Park previously served as senior corporate counsel for litigation at Pfizer Inc. and as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Newark, N.J., for seven years. Park is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, and Harvard Law School.
