Effective 6/1/2010 Implementation of Tariff changes effective June 1, 2010 as per Board approval of a Non-utility Generation Charge reflecting the revised St. Lawrence Hydroelectric Power credit. Also, implementation of Tariff change effective June 1, 2010, for BGS changes from BPU certified BGS-FP and BGS-CIEP Auction results.
Effective 1/1/2010 Implementation of Tariff changes effective January 1, 2010 as per Board approval of changes to the transmission related changes in the BGS Supply Charges resulting from approval of the PSE&G Network Integration Transmission Service (“NITS”) formula rate update and PJM charges for certain Transmission Enhancement Charges - (TEC). Also, the implementation of a Tariff change effective January 1, 2010 as per the Board's provisional approval of the second phase of the Capital Economic Stimulus Infrastructure Investment Program. In addition, the implementation of a Tariff changes effective January 1, 2010 as per the Board's provisional approval in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Recovery Charge (RGGI) for the Carbon Abatement Program component. As well as, the implementation of Tariff changes effective January 1, 2010, as per Board approval of changes to the Securitization Transition Charges.
Effective 11/10/2009 Implementation of a Tariff change effective November 10, 2009 as per Board approval to add the Solar Loan II Program component to the RGGI Recovery Charge.
Effective 10/12/2009 Implementation of a Tariff change effective October 12, 2009 as per Board approval of changes to the Societal Benefits Charge (USF and Lifeline rate components).
Effective 10/1/2009 Implementation of a Tariff change effective October 1, 2009 to reset the Demand Response Working Group Modified Program (DRWGMP) component of the RGGI Recovery Charge to zero as per approval from the BPU; the component was effective from May 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009.
Effective 9/1/2009 Implementation of Tariff change effective September 1, 2009 as per Board approval of changes to the Transmission Enhancement Charge for Basic Generation Service customers to recover applicable costs through their BGS-FP and BGS-CIEP tariff charges.
Effective 8/3/2009 Implementation of Tariff change effective August 3, 2009 as per Board approval of the Manufactured Gas Plant Remediation component of the Societal Benefits Charge. Also the implementation of the Demand Response Program and the Solar Generation Program. In conjunction with the approval of the Demand Response Program, the System Control Charge has been set to zero.
Effective 8/1/2009 Implementation of Tariff change effective August 1, 2009 as per Board approval to add the Energy Efficiency Economic Stimulus Program (EEE) component to the RGGI Recovery Charge.
Effective 6/1/2009 Implementation of Tariff change effective June 1, 2009, BGS changes from BPU certified BGS-FP and BGS-CIEP Auction results. Also the implementation of Tariff changes effective June 1, 2009 as per Board approval of a Non-utility Generation Charge reflecting the revised St. Lawrence Hydroelectric Power credit.

Effective 1/1/2009 Implementation of Tariff changes effective January 1, 2009, as per Board approval of changes to the Securitization Transition Charges. Also, Board approval of the Carbon Abatement Program which will be recovered through a new RGGI Recovery Charge and changes from the Board approval of the PSE&G Network Integration Transmission Service (“NITS”) rate; the PJM charges for transmission projects (Transmission Enhancement Charges - TEC); and an annual adjustment to the PJM Reliability Must Run Charge (RMR).

Effective 4/16/2008 Implementation of Tariff changes effective April 16, 2008 as per Board approval of changes to incorporate a Solar Energy Program.
Effective 2/1/2008 Implementation of Tariff changes effective February 1, 2008 as per Board approval of changes to the Transmission Enhancement Charge Trans-Allegheny Interstate Line Company (TrailCo) to Basic Generation Service customers.

Effective 11/9/2007 Implementation of Tariff changes effective November 9, 2007 reflecting the expiration of the Customer Account Services Charges. This charge was in effect for a twelve-month period commencing November 9, 2006.

Effective 10/4/2007 Implementation of Tariff changes effective October 4, 2007 as per Board approval of an increase in the Societal Benefits Charge (SBC) for a change in the Universal Service Fund (USF) and Lifeline components of the SBC.
Effective 6/1/2007 Implementation of Tariff Changes effective June 1, 2007 as per Board approval of a change in Non-utility Generation Charge (NGC) reducing the credit applicable to residential customers that receive service under Rate Schedules RS, RSP, RLM, and RHS based upon PSE&G’s share of the net economic benefit of energy and capacity from the St. Lawrence Hydroelectric Power Project. Also, BGS changes from BPU certified BGS-FP and BGS-CIEP Auctions including a nomenclature change for the Default Supply Service Availability Charge to the Commercial and Industrial Energy Pricing (CIEP) Standby Fee had a reduction of the BGS-CIEP eligibility threshold from 1,250 to 1,000KW for Rate Schedule LPL-Secondary.
